This 1971 Datsun 240Z spent 2 decades with its first owner until it was purchased by the sellers Father. In 2021 the previous seller acquired the car. This is an unbelievable example of a true survivor! Has the original numbers Matching Numbers 2.4-Liter Engine. Please see pictures showing number on block and on firewall. This Z retains its original Monte Carlo Red paint! As you can see in pics and video, it shows unbelievable!!! Equipped with a 4 spd, Front Disc Brakes, Am Radio, Heater, After Market 15 Inch Wheels and Tires and a Motorsport Auto Exhaust system. Work completed in last few years is Replacing Head Gasket, Replace Timing Chain along with Replacement Tensioner, Guides and Sprockets, Lapping the Valves, Fitting an Electronic Ignition System, Overhauling the Clutch and Brake System. Interior is very original except seats were recovered. Car runs and drives fantastic!! Carbs are dialed in perfect! Manuel choke works perfect! Just a fun car to drive. As mentioned, paint is original and does show minor dings. Fly in and drive this car home!!
