Vehicle Description
1984 K5 Blazer Originally a 6.2 Factory diesel which are smog
exempt, so no need to ever smog the vehicle. All the work was done
under my ownership. Its not a project and its turn key ready to be
enjoyed I have put several thousand miles on the drivetrain and
have worked out all the kinks. - ENGINE BAY - LQ4 6.0 with 4L65e
Drivetrain from a 2006 H2 Hummer with 67k miles, while the motor
was out I performed the following preventative maintenance: New
Melling oil pump and 'O' ring for the pick up tube. New engine
galley plugs New nock sensors New crank position sensor New cam
sensor New valve cover gaskets New intake gaskets New rear main
seals New timing cover seals New ARP crank pulley bolt, & crank
pulley New hydrosteer pump New water pump New mechman H. O.
alternator Fuel injectors where cleaned and flow tested. New Summit
exhaust manifolds New o2 Sensors. Running dual batteries, fairly
new. - Engine management is by the factory ecu tuned by a reputable
tuner with reliability in mind. New wiring harness by BP harnesses
was used and is hidden out the way behind the dash. - Fuel delivery
is handled by a in tank AC Delco EFI fuel pump inside a brand new
31 gallon fuel tank regulated by a corvette style filter on the
frame rail all fitted with AN lines and fittings. Protected by a
Freshly powder coated fuel tank skid plate. - Cooling, Dual 13'
SPAL fans with shroud, on a factory square body big block radiator,
and front mounted Derale transmission cooler with AN lines. - New
AC compressor and all components associates, hooked up charged and
blows cold air all day long, ecu programmed to kick in on fans when
AC pressure is detected. - Functional Heat. - Powder coated inner
fender liners. NP208 4x4 sealed and functioning as it should 3.42
gearing. EXHAUST - New 2.5' piping with magnaflow muffler and
resonator in line. - INTERIOR - Has been refurbished to factory
spec for an original look.
