Yes, this is a real Cobra with documentation to prove it. One of
only 10,049 Cobras built in 1997 and only 3,088 of those were
convertibles! This is one of just 273 that were done in Crystal
White paint with a white convertible top, and black leather
interior, making it very rare.
This is number 2,976 of 3,088 and is in excellent condition inside
and out. The 4.6-liter DOHC 32 valve V8 all aluminum engine is
backed by a Borg Warner T-45 5-speed manual transmission with a
short throw shifter and matching black shifter knob. The power then
heads out back to an 8.8 limited slip rear end with 4.10 gears.
Grab the shifter and feel all 305 horsepower! An AM/FM/CD player
has been added to keep it modern. Power windows, power locks, power
seat, leather interior, power convertible top, power steering,
power 4-wheel disc brakes (with drilled and slotted rotors),
keyless entry, power trunk release, cruise control, rear window
defroster, 5-spoke aluminum alloy wheels, radial tires and COLD
BLOWING A/C make this Cobra just as luxurious as it is sporty. The
sound system is strong enough to overpower the dual exhaust, if
you're in the mood to jam. If not, turn it off and listen to one of
the best sounds ever. The 4.6 DOHC V8 engine revving through dual
exhaust is music to any muscle car lover's ears. These modular 4.6
engines have a sound all their own that you're sure to fall in love
with.
