This is an overall mechanically sound driver’s quality 911, with superb performance! We did not receive any service records for the vehicle, so therefore we commissioned a local Porsche repair shop to perform a leak down test on the motor, which yielded perfect results! 1%, 1%, 1%, 0.5%, 0.5%, 0.5%. The clutch pedal feels nice and soft, with immediate engagement. The shifting action is smooth and continues, with good syncros. The brakes are solid and the car stops straight and true. The Dark Blue exterior is overall in good shape, with some minor blemishes. The interior is in very good condition all around. The factory 16” Fuchs are fitted with Continental Extreme Contact tires, which are in date. Along with the leak down test, the Porsche repair shop replaced the fuel pump and hoses, rear light deflector and bumper rubber, AC belt along with recharging the AC, hood struts, fog light lenses, plugs, and oil and filter change.
This is a great air-cooled classic and a perfect fit for someone who enjoys putting miles on these timeless machines.
