What we have here is a stunning 1957 Isetta 300 Mk II with 7,803
miles showing on the odometer. This "Bubble Car" is finished in
Pale Blue and White with a White vinyl interior. This is a
fantastic collector car and is in overall great condition
This 1957 BMW Isetta 300 is powered by her 300cc motor producing
13hp which is coupled to a 4 Speed transmission that. The car has
an optional heater and a top speed of about 50mph; you would be
more brave than me if you decided to test that out!!! It also
delivers a reported 50mpg which was unheard of at the time and is
still almost unheard of today! The car has been in storage for
about 4 years and will need to be recommissioned properly. Engine
turns over fine, just hasn't been started in a long time.
BMW purchased the rights to this car in its entirety from the
Italian company Iso SpA who was manufacturing motor scooters and
three-wheeled trucks. BMW decided to build these cars to precision
specifications and as a result, they are surprisingly well built,
solid and robust.
Cars in this condition do not come along often so do not let the
