protect-o-plate that certifies that this car is an original
SS396/325hp big block car, loaded with correct Super Sport options,
performance upgrades and power options for cruising comfort.
This ominous black beauty was professionally painted in Tuxedo
Black with mirror finish paint, with newer black bucket seat
interior with center console and Hurst shifter. The 396/325hp
engine was upgraded with a performance built 454 cubic inch big
block engine with only 3200 miles on the build and topped off with
a very expensive ZL-1 4-barrel carburetor that is normally used on
only the rarest Camaros ever made, the ZL-1 427ci all aluminum big
block car.
These carburetors normally sell for over $3000 alone.
The power of this black beast controlled by a Muncie 4-Speed
transmission and backed up by an SS heavy duty 12-bolt
posi-traction rear end with 3.73 gears. The car is nicely optioned
with power front disc brakes, power steering and newer Vintage AC
to keep cool on those hot summer days. The black bucket interior is
like new with newer seat covers front a back, newer door panels
carpet and a great looking dash with clear crisp instrumentation,
rare tilt steering column and Retro Sound system to pay the
tunes.
This authentic Super Sport is rolling on brand new American Racing
17 inch SS wheels and performance rated radials for that SS with a
bad attitude curb appeal.
