The CJ-8, or Scrambler as it's better known is a Jeep with pickup
truck attitude! The elongated rear acts as a bed, but you still
have the ability to remove the top and live that Jeep life. It is
the predecessor to the Gladiator that is incredibly popular
today.
The engine is the 4.2-liter inline 6-cylinder engine, and this one
is backed by a 4-speed manual transmission for an almost
bulletproof driveline! That is paired with cold A/C, and power
steering for a very enjoyable ride.
The exterior is gorgeous with bright red paint and orange Scrambler
graphics that just scream 80s! Steel wheels are wrapped in Goodyear
Wrangler radial raised white letter tires that are ready for
action!
The interior is a nice two-tone with vinyl wrapped bucket seats and
a center console. A full gauge set lets you keep your eyes on the
engine while you grab gears from the high-back bucket seat.
The hard top and doors are removable and provide that open air
feeling Jeep enthusiast live for. The bed has wooden bed rails for
a vintage look and the bed itself has been given an extra layer of
bedlined steel to make it tough and usable. The original floors
underneath are in great shape as well. This Jeep comes with a clean
and clear Florida title and a clean Carfax showing it spent its
entire life in Georgia and Florida.
New maintenance parts include: master cylinder, water pump,
thermostat, thermostat housing, lower radiator hose, speedometer
cluster, oil pressure sensor, oil pressure gauge, and glove box.
