This is a 1956 Cadillac 62 series Coupe deVille 2 door NOT convertible! , with ORIGINAL GM (365 V8, 6 L) engine that has 44347 original miles and automatic transmission.
I was told by the owner it's not just cutted roof, it's a real conversion tuning that was popular in the 60's , there are carbon cover covering the roof bath.
The Last owner purchased the Cadillac approximately 8 years ago from the original family that owned the car. This is Californian Cadillac not sure if its for entire years.
The vehicle drives very solid and fast because some time ago they rebuilt and restored an engine and transmission .
According to new chrome ,overall body(near to excellent) appearance and mechanical conditions , vehicle had full restoration between 8-12 years ago, sorry we don’t have a roof if this car not satisfy you, that how i got it.
The paint and bodywork had already been done. The exact amount of work is not known, but the car does appear very solid. The underside shows a minimum of some scale, but the floorboards look no rust good .

Paint is very good to excellent for such an old vehicle. Repainted some time ago.

This classic-vintage Cadillac starts easily, rides smoothly and fast,it's not lazy , we drove many times in the neighborhood , and is a great cruiser.
This Series 62 runs the original 12-volt electrical system with a generator. The present owner added an upgraded power booster front disk brake system. The car stops easily and quickly.We made a few videos.
The interior appears to be original. Most of the factory gauges are working including the speedometer and odometer, the radio and clock workS.
All exterior lights work including turn signals and backup lights. The chrome is new.
We do have a title in our hands .
