This is my incredible GTO, which has undergone a full body-off, nut-and-bolt, ground-up restoration. Its an authentic GTO with a "242" VIN, carefully sourced, acquired, and expertly restored. The process started with a complete teardown, followed by sandblasting and powder-coating the frame providing a rock-solid foundation for this remarkable machine.
Every detail has been upgraded with premium components, including Vintage Air climate control that blows ice cold, a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission, a high-performance Griffin aluminum radiator, a rebuilt posi rear axle, and front disc brakes. The interior has been entirely refreshed with new weather-stripping, carpeting, upholstery, and glass. It also features power steering, power brakes, a stainless steel exhaust system, ceramic-coated Dougs headers, and American Racing wheels the enhancements are endless!
The highlight of this GTO? Its absolutely breathtaking. The bodywork is razor-sharp, and the deep black paint reflects like a mirror, showcasing every flawless line. Best of all, it doesn't just look phenomenality drives, handles, and stops better than it ever did in 1967.
Since its restoration in 2020, this beauty has seen minimal road time, reserved only for a handful of leisurely drives.
