Known for its smooth ride and spacious interior, the Oldsmobile
Delta 88 Royale was a flagship model during its production run. The
Delta's styling was sleek for its time and the "Royale" trim level
offered premium features with upscale materials, higher-end trim
and a more refined ride compared to the standard Delta 88. This
1973 Delta 88 Royale convertible has been the beneficiary of a
careful restoration. The exterior has been professionally
refinished in Matador Red and the white power convertible top is
well maintained. Stunning 20" wire-wheels mount low profile redline
performance radial tires. The black vinyl interior is in very good
condition. Options include cold A/C, power tinted windows, power
seats (need TLC) and AM/FM/Cassette sound system. There is an icon
under the hood - the venerable 455ci Olds Rocket V8. This engine
was a mainstay of Oldsmobile's lineup for many years and the 1971
version produced 445lb/ft of torque. This motor appears to be stock
and is backed by GM's 3-speed Hydro-Matic transmission. The chassis
is equipped with power steering, power disc/drum brakes and factory
differential gearing. There are very few Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale
convertibles in the marketplace today. This one is a great example
of ta classic Olds tradition. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS"
