For Sale: 1978 Honda Civic in La Canada Flintridge, California

This is a great 1978 Honda Civic CVCC. It is the first generation Honda Civic that came to the USA on the 70's.  This is a three-door hatchback, in excellent conditions running great.  The CVCC Honda engines arrived to the USA in 1975 which established the Japanese market presence in the US.   Amazingly they made them with a 5 speed manual transmission and they are super fun to drive.  I was in the process of restoring it to it's original condition, however unfortunately I have to let it go.  In the picture sections of  this add you will see the receipts of all the work I have done and will be able to continue with the restoration.   Below is a list of all the work performed so far also, see the receipt for the break down of all the details. 

• The original carburetor has been completely rebuilt and it runs great.  The original manual choke works perfectly. 
• New timing belt, belts, engine valve cover gasket, sparkplug and cables.
• Rebuild right and left axel shafts, put in new CV joint boots on both sides
• New front rotors, bearings, break pads. New rear bearings and break shoes. 
• Original older Honda Si 13 wheels and new tires.
• In my restoration process I had bought all of the weatherstrip and window seals from Civic Garage in Australia.  Civic garage is one of the few shops that still sells parts for the first generation Civics. (See receipt on the picture page for their information). 
• I also purchased the window trim and other hardware (See images)
• Other original parts that I have purchase will go with the car.
