Description:
This 1970 Ford Mustang SportsRoof was modified under previous
ownership with suspension components from TCP, which include a
Torque-Arm multi-link rear end with pushrod-activated lay-down
coilovers, adjustable Vari-Shock coilovers up front, and
rack-and-pinion steering. The car was also fitted with a 428ci V8
that is linked to its three-speed automatic, and it also has a
smoothed body that was repainted silver, 17? Rocket Racing wheels,
an aluminum radiator, a Holley carburetor, headers linked to a dual
exhaust system, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, air conditioning, and
a modern stereo.
Interior:
The car has a wood-rimmed steering wheel, and the odometer has been
reset and shows 750 miles. Total mileage is unknown. The bucket
seats are split by a center console, and the car has a modern
stereo and speakers installed along with air conditioning.
Exterior:
The exterior was smoothed with removal of trim, mirrors, and door
handles, and the body was repainted silver around 2016. The door
poppers do not operate properly. The 17? Rocket Racing wheels are
mounted with 245/45 Dunlop tires. Four-wheel disc brakes and
TCP-sourced rack-and-pinion steering have been installed.
Drivetrain:
The 428ci V8 is equipped with aluminum heads, a Holley four-barrel
carburetor, and tubular headers linked to a dual exhaust system. A
reinforcement bar spans the engine bay, and an aluminum overflow
tank and radiator have also been installed along with an Optima
battery. The car has a three-speed automatic transmission.
