figuring out that the Crown Victoria was a fantastic source for
parts that could be used on older pickups, and we aren't just
talking about powertrains and suspension bits - rather, the entire
drivetrain including front suspension. This is because 2003+ models
featured goodies such as rack-and-pinion steering, a coil
over-style spring and shock assembly, disc brakes, and
cast-aluminum lower A-arms. Even better, the entire assembly bolts
to the frame, making it a literal piece of cake to pull off such a
swap in an older F-100. Couple that with the fact that Panther
platform cars are everywhere - including junkyards - and it's easy
to see why these swaps are so popular. This creation is a freshly
redone in the last year, full frame off, very nicely done, is
"incredibly smooth and a total blast on the highway." It's easy to
