I purchased this beautiful Thunderbird from Richard Rawlin's (Gas Monkey Garage) from his private collection a few years ago.
This is a Rare "Golde Edition" with factory sunroof that appears to be an all factory original car (TBV). Only 2500 were produced with the first factory offered sunroof. Even more rare, the sunroof works properly along with the working push button radio, roll up windows, smooth transmission and ride.
Under the hood, a clean 352ci V8 rated at 300 horsepower and fueled by a 4-barrel carburetor, all backed by a 3-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission sending power to the Ford 9" axle in back with 3.10 gears. Power drum brakes are supplied at all four wheels.
