ConditionThe 1.6-liter (1585cc) OHV flat-four was rated at 60
horsepower when new.This Beetles engine has a hot camshaft and a
replacement carburetor.The Volkswagen was repainted in 2022, before
the seller bought it.The underside, engine compartment, and fan
shroud were also repainted.The blue finish appears in very good
condition.Larger 1973-and-up taillights were fitted, which required
later fenders, too.The manual sunroof was an original factory
option.Rolling stock includes wider, black-painted aftermarket
wheels.The low-back bucket front seats are from a pre-1968 Beetle.A
Pioneer stereo head unit with CD player was installed.Pioneer
speakers are installed in the front kick panels.Two larger speakers
are mounted in the rear shelf.The aftermarket steering wheel has
the Volkswagen Wolfsburg center cap.The car is equipped with an
aftermarket Empi shifter.The front trunk was refinished with a
cargo box and carpeting.Kumho Ecsta AST 205/50R15 tires are
fitted.The front brakes were converted from drums to discs.The
stock exhaust system and heater boxes are included but are not
