unique than starting out with a British-built Hillman Minx. This
1951 Hillman Minx Mk IV Convertible is described as having been
converted into a street machine, with a fresh built Chevrolet
350-cu.in. small-block V8 for power, mated to a General Motors
Turbo Hydra-Matic 400 automatic transmission and a Currie 9-inch
rear end. The Minx is said to feature a Painless wiring system, LED
headlamps, and an independent front suspension with coilover shock
absorbers and tubular control arms. The selling dealer states that
the Hillman has original seats and minor updates on interior. This
car is a convertible English hot rod. A selection of aftermarket
instruments, including a tachometer, are present in the interior,
along with an aftermarket cassette audio system. The engine bay and
