For Sale: 1932 Ford 3-Window Coupe in St. Louis, Missouri

Vehicle Description

Details about our Ford Street Rod for sale:
We are proud to offer for sale a 1932 Ford 3-window Custom Coupe finished in striking Metallic Purple with three-tone blue/gray accent pinstriping over a charcoal and purple combination interior! Its Outlaw Performance fiberglass molded body with a chopped roofline and its custom-reinforced chassis were all professionally prepped and painted to match! The Heidts Superride independent front suspension consists of chromed tubular control arms, adjustable coil-over shocks, Wilwood front disc brakes, and rack & pinion steering. At the rear is a ladder bar suspension with an anti-roll bar, Panhard bar, and Ride Tech Shockwave power adjustable air shocks.

Under the hood lies a potent 1969 date-coded Chevrolet 427ci High-Perf V8, rebuilt professionally with a Lunati high-lift camshaft, forged aluminum pistons, pinged rods, Harlan Sharp roller rockers, and Barry Grant Speed Demon carburetor. Other performance enhancements include ceramic coated aluminum intake, Edlebrock high-flow water pump, Walker radiator with electric cooling fan, MSD electronic ignition and Blaster coil, 7-quart oil pan, high torque starter, long tube exhaust headers, and side exhaust, and many chrome accessories to make it shine from all angles! Up top is a custom, hand-painted air cleaner with a reusable open-element air filter inside. This is matted to a professionally built Turbo-Hydramatic 350 equipped with an aluminum flywheel cover, auxiliary transmission cooler, and 9" Ford axle fitted with highway-friendly 3.25:1 gearing.

Inside, the cabin is laid out very nicely with contoured seating for two, reupholstered recently in 2023 in a sharp two-tone combination to better match the exterior! The interior mirror was upgraded to one utilizing a high-resolution rearview camera better optimizing visibility both while driving and backing up. A Kenwood AM/FM/Sirius-ready head unit and kicker subwoofer provide excellent audio sound quality for the small occupant space. Other notable items on this Custom, vintage Ford include Vintage Air heating and cooling, AutoMeter instrumentation, chrome steering column with tilt & leather-wrapped steering wheel, removable center console with cup holders, power windows & locks, power trunk lid opener, and carpeted floor mats.
This is a terrific head-turner, and a proven road car having been driven by the original owner and builder on several lengthy road trips between 2013-2022. It was then sold to a local St. Louis hot rod collector who contributed the new personalized interior and trunk compartment soon after. He would also integrate a new front spreader bar with integrated turn signals for a cleaner overall presentation. This classic also comes with a separate exhaust system complete with block hugger headers if you wish to route the exhaust underneath the car and out the rear.

This is a fantastic hot rod that starts and runs wonderfully, hitting the road with confidence! Plus, it just sounds incredible! Contact Jon Faust to schedule a test drive at (314) 993-1330

History About Custom Ford StreetRods:
Early Ford V8's have been a staple platform for custom hot-rodding for over 70 years. Classic body lines, especially if they have their roofs cut down just right, with shapely curves whether you keep the fenders or not. The early Fords up to 1934 retain reverse opening, suicide style doors that add that ease of entry and exit as well. Many body styles are available to choose from, while the 3-window coupes and open-top roadsters remain the most desirable.
