The Camaro was purchased in 2012 with me being the 4th owner per the title and registration. Upon receiving the Car, A full ground-up restoration began. Any damaged components were replaced with new parts. no parts were replaced with used parts/original parts. During the process, every precaution was taken to ensure longevity and performance. All bare metal was coated for both interior and exterior parts. All chassis and suspension components were powder-coated, full underbody coating and much more. The full exterior was taken down to bare metal and coated, primed, and painted at a cost of $10,498.67. The paint colors are from Dupont - Blue # BM162 and Silver # LM084 (For Reference, 1 Gal of the blue paint cost $1,189). The silver stripes are painted on and then clear-coated for a smooth transition. The Engine and drive train components have all been rebuilt or are new. The 496 Stoker produces 600 FTlbs of torque and 520 Hp , backed by a Built 4L60E , with a posi rear end that has been mini tubed. The interior has added sound deadening, all new components and parts, with added internal and external LED dome lights. The Sound system is an Infinity 6 speaker power system with a retro sound head unit ( USB and Bluetooth capable)
Overall the Goal of this build was to provide a long lasting1969 Camaro with modern technology, and a powerful drivetrain. while keeping the iconic 69 look and style.
