Cooper Classic is proud to present this spectacular 911T finished in its rare, factory Rose Red paint, considered to be the rarest of rare Porsche colors according to the Porsche Club of America and Rennbow. Paint meter reading indicate the paint to be highly original with no indication of any paint work having been performed. Not only is the car finished in one of the rarest factory paint colors with only a handful of cars being finished in it, but it also features extremely original interior. Contrasting the cars survivor interior and exterior, it has benefitted from significant performance upgrades creating one of the most unique 911T?s around.  The original 2.4L engine was replaced with a thoroughly inspected and tested, low mileage 3.6L unit out of 964 Porsche 911, by acclaimed mechanic Jeff Gamroth of Rothsport Racing only 9k miles ago. No shortcut were taken when fitting the new motor and the cooling system was overhauled and upgraded to support it. It was also fitted with new heat exchangers, a stainless-steel exhaust and a lightweight flywheel. Not only does the engine benefit from increased size, but also from electronic fuel injection, lending to better drivability and reliability than the CIS injection system fitted to the original engine. The end result is a car proven to output over 220 horsepower to the rear tires, a significant increase over the 2.4L engine, and a very generous amount of power given the car light weight.  The cars newfound power is sent to the rear through a rebuilt 915 transaxle, complete with an upgraded limited slip differential. In order to balance out the car, the braking capacity has been increased with a new larger diameter master cylinder, 930 Turbo calipers and larger diameter, cross-drilled rotors. Handling prowess has also been increased as the car has been fitted with upgraded Bilstein dampers, stiffer 22mm front and 28mm rear torsion bars, as well as adjustable front and rear sway bars. New front ball joints and 930 Turbo tie-rods have also been fitted. Rounding out the handling are a set of refinished Fuchs wheels, the rears widened to 7, wearing sticky Bridgestone RE-71RS tires. If you are searching for a 911 with standout performance and style, then look no further.
Comes with spare tire, jack, owner's manuals, service and upgrade records
