450 miles on a comprehensive restoration. The Y84 Special Edition
cars featured Starlight Black paint with special gold trim pieces,
wheels and unique gold pin stripping. The PPG black paint is deep
and glossy, making the special gold pinstriping really stand out.
This car is also equipped the highly desirable factory T-Top roof
panels, as well as WS6 15x8 Snowfake wheels wrapped with 255/60R15
BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires.

The black interior has been completely restored with correct
quality Legendary reproduction seat upholstery, new carpet, new
insulation, new console with cup holders, new correct steering
wheel with correct Y84 gold spokes, new dash pad and new seat
belts. Other interior highlights include a set of Dakota Digital
analog gauges with correct Y84 gold engine turned gauge bezel,
electronic cruise control, climate controller for Vintage Air air
conditioning, Delco AM/FM ETR radio with cassette player with power
antenna and new speakers front and rear, alarm system with remote
door and truck release, plus a backup camera and voice-controlled
cameras front and back. Other optional equipment includes power
windows, power locks, remote trunk release and all new glass.
Power and performance are provided by a numbers-matching rebuilt
403 cubic inch engine paired with a built 200R 4-speed automatic
transmission with a 1800-2000 stall, non-lockup torque converter,
auxiliary transmission cooler and rebuilt drive shaft the sends
power back to a rebuilt rear end with 3.73 gears. The balanced
engine features KB pistons, Olds Performance Products cam, lifter
and rockers, a Cold Case aluminum radiator, new clutch fan, 150-amp
alternator, rebuilt power steering pump and box and Holley Sniper 2
fuel injection with Bluetooth module for phone or tablet. The
engine breathes through a new Pypes 2.5-inch exhaust system with
X-pipe and rumbling Walker Quiet Flow mufflers. This bird handles
great, thanks to tubular front control arms with coil over
adjustable suspension and Wilwood power disc brakes on all four
corners. The original owner's manual, PHS documentation and
reproduction window sticker come with the car.
