carfax/history, 14k mile, 2017 Cadillac CTS-V Hennessey HPE850 for
your consideration. This highly-optioned V comes finished in
Cadillac's Crystal White Tricoat Paint, over a Black leather and
Alcantara interior. This V comes loaded with all of the desirable
factory options such as; Carbon Black Package (carbon fiber
package), Recaro High-Performance Seats, Luxury Package,
Performance Data Recorder, Ultraview Sunroof, Red Brembo Calipers,
Sueded Microfiber Steering Wheel & Shifter, along with all of the
factory equipment. From the factory, these V's are equipped with
the (LT4) Supercharged 6.2L V8 engine, mated to an 8-speed
automatic transmission. The original owner of the vehicle wanted to
take it to the next level, and sent it to Hennessey Performance
Engineering in Texas, and had their HPE850 performance package
added ($22,500). Which included a lower supercharger pulley,
high-flow cylinder heads, a custom camshaft, high-performance valve
springs, valves, lifers, and push rods. A reprogrammed ECM,
long-tube stainless steel headers, and a unique heat exchanger and
high-flow air induction system were also included in the package.
This V is completely ready to go, and can easily be daily driven,
or enjoyed on the weekend at track days. Hennessey went for
ultimate reliability and drivability with this package, and is on
the conservative side. Along with the vehicle comes the Hennessey
receipts/authenticity, original window sticker, two keys, and

The Cadillac V series (stylized as V-Series) is a line of
high-performance vehicles tuned by the General Motors Performance
division for the Cadillac division of General Motors. Models in the
V series tend to vary from one generation to the other. The
third-generation V series included the sub-brand's flagship, CTS-V.
Unlike the first and second generations, where the CTS-V was the
biggest update for the V series, the third-generation was the first
expansion attempt on the V brand by Cadillac. Typically, the V
series served as Cadillac's top-of-the-line trim level, and that
mainly was exclusive to the CTS since that's where it all started.
However, with such buzz created by the second-generation V series,
and the short-lived record for a sedan on a demanding racetrack,
Cadillac wanted to build on that success with other models in their
lineup. This led them to create the Vsport, where potential buyers
interested in the V series, could purchase a CTS with increased
horsepower and sportier handling, can bypass the 'comfort & luxury'
trims and get an entry-level 'performance' model for $20k less than
the full-fledged CTS-V.
