Vehicle Description
1962 Studebaker Champ pickup truck in admirable condition. It
starts right away and is peppy and fun to drive. It is a three on
the tree manual. The straight 6 engine creates good compression
with over 90 psi on each of the six cylinders. The body is solid
with the primary rust being below the driver's side door. The
brakes work, except for the parking brake. The paint is attractive,
but there are imperfections. Personally, I like the character, but
others may want the perfection of a new paint job. It has fresh
engine and gear oil as well as new tires. With one exception, the
headlights and tail lights work, as do the windshield wipers and
interior fan. The interior is quite nice. The dash has a pair of
cracks to address, but the rest of the interior is very nice. The
interior seating is not original, but is an attractive
modern/vintage style that ties in with the truck's color scheme
very well. Aside from the interior seating, it is mostly original
and it gets a lot of admiring looks when driving around. It is
currently registered and plated as an antique. It can be enjoyed as
is or invested in if desired. Please Note The Following **Vehicle
