1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 RS 4 Speed
This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 coupe was refurbished in 2008. A
DZ-suffix 302ci V8 and a four-speed manual transmission power the
car. All vin numbers and date codes are in the gallery. This is an
X33 Exterior Trim Group with the cross-ram intake and dual
four-barrel carburetors installed. The car left the factory
finished in Daytona Yellow (76) with black stripes. The Rally Sport
package added a revised grille, concealed headlights, and reverse
lights beneath the rear bumper, and further details include a black
vinyl roof cover, a cowl induction hood, front and rear spoilers,
and rear bumper guards. The 15? Rally wheels are mounted with
E70-15 Goodyear Wide Tread GT tires. The car has power steering,
power-assisted front discs, and rear drums handle braking. The
front bucket seats and rear bench are upholstered in black vinyl.
The car was equipped with a factory-deleted radio and center
console, and appointments included a Hurst shifter, a cabin heater,
front shoulder belts, and faux woodgrain trim on the dashboard. The
RS-branded steering wheel sits on a tilting column and fronts a
120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and a fuel level gauge.
