Vehicle Description

1951 chevy project car. Rolling chassis is done. Needs stainless steel dual exhaust pipes (have pipes) wielded up, Power brakes bleed, new starter, front end alignment. A 2 owner car that has never been in any accidents.

Engine is a built '67 chevy 327 high performance est 400HP. Heads '67 camelback ported and relieved with stainless steel roller rockers and double angled stainless steel valves. 9.5:1 compression ratio, new pistons, pink rods, and steel crankshaft all fully balanced. Also, engine has a four bolt main, fluid harmonic balancer, Al edlebrock performer intake manifold, Edelbrock 650 4bl carb, stainless steel headers, MSD ignition, A/C compressor, Al oil pan with racing pickup and pump, all stainless steel braided hoses, with a serpentine belt. New Al radiator with a temp adjustable electric fan. Engine is set back 2 -3 inches further than most early 50's hotrods for better weight  balance. Have build sheet for engine.

Tranny is a '67 TH400 with new clutches and filter. A tranny cooler is mounted in front of radiator. Fan, tranny cooler, A/C condensor are all mounted 1/2in away from rad for proper air flow.

Rear end is a Currie Ford 9in with 3.73 gears and a detroit locker with drum brakes. rear is lowered ~1 & 1/2in

Front end is a Heidts Mustang II with stainless steel A-arms, Mustang power rack & pinion steering, and 11in disc brakes. Front is lowered 3in. Have a 1in sway bar that needs mounted.

Frame was sandblasted and painted with a new stainless steel gas tank, all stainless steel fuel & brake lines. Fuel line has an electric pump & reg. Brake lines have a proportioning valve.

Interior has a custom dash. The instrument panels are modeled from original with all new analog gauges plus a tach. New clock is mounted in orig holder. A/C & heat vents added to each side, with center vent made to look like a radio in the orig spot. Polished Al tilt steering wheel. Brake and booster mounted under front seat. Battery is mounted in the trunk. Seats are cloth and no tears just dirty; similar pattern to orig seats. Have door panels, carpet, and headliner. Power door windows and door releases (was going to shave door handles).  Wireless door jamb connectors. Inside hood & trunk release levers. Lokar Shifter and E-brake. All new painless wiring and fuse box installed.

Body: Hood is in excellent condition with rounded front corners. Trunk lid is ready for paint. Front fenders have added rounded corner to match modified hood, Frenched in headlights, removed side molding strip and are ready for paint. Pass door is in good shape. The rest of the body is still body work I did back in high school 45 years ago. Driver door needs patch along bottom. Roof is in excellent condition. Rear fenders above wheel wells and gravel shield area need to be redone (significant bondo). The area under trunk lid to bumper shield should also be replaced (bondo). All stainless trim is in good shape, chrome ornaments need to be re-chromed, bumpers are in good shape.

Car could be put back together as is and driven, finished off with some body work and a new paint job, or use as a great rolling chassis and drive train for a 49 - 53 chevy body if already owned.
