1958 Chevrolet Apache short bed step-side with the desirable fender mounted spare tire. The pick-up was built at the GM plant in Van Nuys, CA then shipped to a Chevrolet dealer in Cottonwood, AZ. It has been an Arizona truck all of its life where the dry, arid car friendly climate was very kind; and it was always stored inside. This truck has undergone a complete frame off rotisserie restoration with the original all numbers matching 283 V-8 having been rebuilt as well and 861 miles shown since the restoration. I have photographs of the restoration process as well as photos of the truck from back in the day. One family ownership. The powertrain, including the transmission, is all fresh and the wood in the bed has been replaced with oak. This truck has been a consistent winner at the shows where it has been displayed and is always hauled in an enclosed trailer. It is showroom/museum/road ready and there is not another nicer specimen of General Motors craftsmanship from the 50s era. This truck will truly satisfy the connoisseur of mid 20th century American spirit.
