For Sale: 1949 GMC 100 in Volo, Illinois

Vehicle Description

$250,000 professional build! TCI frame, Blueprint crate engine, fuel injection, overdrive automatic, and a custom interior! Only 725 miles since completion. We have a stack of receipts to document the build. Top quality, constructed with the best new parts available!

EXTERIOR: The body is totally amazing! Very premium, high end fit and finish. Deluxe model with corner cab windows. Lots of subtle body mods and everything fits absolutely laser straight. Nice smooth one piece hood. Fuel filler was relocated inside the custom metal formed bed with rounded edges. Custom latches allow the doors to close with minimal effort. The rechromed grille and bumpers glisten in the sun. Upgraded LED headlights and turn signals. The super cool windshield visor really enhances the profile. The vent windows have been eliminated. Expertly painted Lexus Burgundy Metallic; when the light hits it the metal flake really dances. Gorgeous and rich color choices including beautiful 20" billet wheels finished in gold with a polished lip. They are wrapped in beefy, like new performance tires. Custom made to order car cover included.

INTERIOR: Opulent full custom interior wrapped in Ultraleather! Smooth and shiny jambs with new weatherstrips. Nicely sculpted and stitched door panels with billet levers. The dash is neatly painted just like the car and was upgraded with electric wipers plus digital/analog gauges that have a toggle to flip through the different display options. The Ididit polished tilt steering column and air conditioning are much appreciated upgrades. Open the custom machined aluminum glovebox door with faux wood finish to access the custom mounted Bluetooth stereo and fuel injection controls. Matching upholstered kick panels with speakers concealed behind. Beautiful bespoke center console with built in cup holders and a storage compartment too. The reclining seats are extremely comfortable with abundant support. Behind the seats is all upholstered with built-in speakers, and the headliner is custom as well. Handsome billet steering wheel wrapped in matching upholstery. All new wiring throughout with an updated fuse panel.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Blueprint crate 383 stroker engine generating 450 horsepower and it comes with the dyno sheet. It's equipped with FiTech fuel injection for turnkey reliability. Air conditioning, an aluminum intake manifold and MSD ignition system are some other upgrades. The black CVF serpentine setup and smooth firewall really clean up the bay. The power brake master was relocated under the truck and the power steering has a remote reservoir. The matching ribbed air cleaner, valve covers, and spark plug wire holders really dress things up. Flanked by a set of compact headers. Upgraded aluminum radiator with electric fan. Gas struts easily hold the hood open, and everything is neatly painted body color.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Walnut bed slats with durable cleared finish and polished stainless strips. Flush mounted fuel filler located at the rear of the bed. Tiny wheel tubs were added inside the bed to accommodate the extra fat tires. All the metal is nice and smooth and painted slick just like the exterior.

UNDERSIDE: This is a body off frame restoration with a brand new TCI frame that is very robust and nicely painted too. Up front is a new Mustang II independent suspension with tubular control arms, adjustable coilovers, rack & pinion etc. The rear suspension was also upgraded with a 4 link setup and adjustable coilovers. The power brake booster and master cylinder are neatly concealed under the truck. It has Wilwood 4 wheel disc brakes that have slotted and drilled rotors as well. Fresh 3" stainless steel exhaust system that's precisely bent and tig welded. Stainless steel fuel tank too. All the clips, bolts, lines, and hoses were replaced. Peeking up at the Blueprint crate engine everything looks nice and the 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission looks fresh also. The Ford 9" rear end is spotless. The floors are all smooth and rust free metal with nice satin black paint.

SERVICE: We thoroughly inspected this car and replaced the idle air motor, rewired the temp gauge, adjusted, and lubricated the driver door latch, welded an exhaust hanger, straightened the wheel, installed wiper arms and blades, and installed a door lock cylinder.

Do your diligence, then do the math! It would cost so much more money to build this truck than what we are asking. Additionally, you would be waiting years for a finished product that you could only hope looks as good as this one. Without a doubt, this is the best available!
