Vehicle Description
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 2009 Triumph Bonneville
T100 50th Anniversary edition, a standout tribute to the iconic
model's debut in 1959. One of only 650 produced, this stunning
motorcycle combines classic styling with modern enhancements..
At the heart of this Bonneville is an 865cc air-cooled
parallel-twin engine, delivering smooth and responsive power
through a five-speed transmission. The bike's powertrain features
an oil cooler, fuel injection, and digital ignition, ensuring
reliable performance and an engaging ride. The chrome-finished dual
exhaust system not only adds a touch of elegance but also produces
a signature exhaust note.
Finished in the exclusive 50th Anniversary livery of Meriden Blue
and Exotic Orange, this Triumph is a head-turner. It boasts a
double-cradle frame, a 4.4-gallon fuel tank with distinctive
Triumph-branded knee pads, and chrome-finished light housings. The
two-up seat, accented with white piping and a passenger grab strap,
ensures both comfort and style. Practical additions include
LeatherLyke rigid saddlebags, wire-spoke wheels with Metzeler
tires, and modern disc brakes equipped with two-piston calipers and
cross-drilled rotors for excellent stopping power. Suspension
duties are handled by a Kayaba 41mm telescopic fork with black
gaiters and preload-adjustable shocks at the rear, providing a
smooth and controlled ride.
The instrumentation is both functional and nostalgic, featuring a
140-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline, and a
series of indicator lamps. The odometer shows just 103 miles,
reflecting its minimal use and excellent condition. The handlebar
setup includes a riser-mounted plaque that proudly designates this
motorcycle as #370 of 650 produced, adding to its collectible
appeal.
Recent maintenance includes the installation of a new Yuasa
battery, an oil change, and the replacement of the air filter and
spark plugs. This ensures that the Bonneville is ready to offer its
next owner an authentic riding experience with modern
reliability.
The Triumph Bonneville has a storied legacy, starting with its
introduction in 1959. Named after the Bonneville Salt Flats, where
Triumph set numerous speed records, the Bonneville T100 has become
a symbol of British motorcycling excellence. Over the years, it has
evolved while maintaining its classic charm, making it a beloved
model among enthusiasts. The 50th Anniversary edition celebrates
this rich heritage, combining retro aesthetics with contemporary
performance features.
