Used by the Alabama Department of Tourism to promote the Hank Williams museum in Montgomery AL, this Eldorado is identical to the Hank Williams Sr. car. He died in the back seat of the Cadillac while being driven to a gig on New Year's Day 1953.Less than 1,000 miles since restoration. Blue/ Blue and White Interior/ White Top. 1967 Cadillac 429 with Automatic Transmission. Power Windows, Power Top, Power Steering. This Cadillac is Very original and in Excellent condition. Runs and drives great and shifts smooth.This car is a show stopper. The Death Car itself, the original 1952 Cadillac, was put to practical use for years after Hank's death by the Williams family. Hank Williams Jr. drove it when he was in high school. Years later he had the car restored and displayed it in his Nashville museum.
