The FZJ75 shown here is a rock-solid reliable people hauler. The Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series replaced the iconic 40 Series, known for its rugged straight-axle build, global adaptability, and off-road capability. This FZJ75, featuring the powerful 1FZ 4.5L 24-valve inline-6 engine, was sourced from the dry climate of the Middle East. The 1FZ engine, also found in the 80 Series Land Cruisers and Lexus LX450 models, delivers excellent road performance. This Land Cruiser has limited luxury or power features although the AC was blowing cold when teste! That's why the Troopys are considered one of the ultimate expedition vehicles. You get 3 gauges, manual locks, and crank windows. Simple rugged design with fewer moving parts.This is a left-hand drive example sold new in 1993 as a GCC spec in the country of Oman. Oman is in the middle east with extremely dry climate with an average of 4' of rain annually. The Troopy body and undercarriage are straight and rust free. Older Toyotas are prone to rust issues on the frame and body making rust and rot free Toyotas hard to find. Power steering makes this LC easy to turn and drive.
