Vehicle Description
1969 GTO CONVERTIBLE PHS DOCS, FACTORY A/C, ONE OWNER FAMILY This
is one sharp GTO that is equipped with some very rare options. It
looks awesome in its factory color, code 53 Warwick Blue. Looking
down both sides, it is straight. It has a glossy finish and nice
fitment. The doors close with ease. The windshield and glass are
nice as well. The power windows all work as they should. It has a
newer convertible top that goes up and down nicely, replaced in
2023 and features a blue boot to coordinate with the interior. It
sits on a set of original 14x6 Pontiac Rally II wheels with correct
lugnuts, center caps and trim rings. There is a set of Firestone
Wide Oval tires for that original look. The engine compartment is
nicely detailed with its original number matching 400 ci engine.
Some features include: cold blowing factory A/C, factory chrome
valve covers, correct air cleaner, date coded plug wires, power
steering, power front disc brakes, cadmium plated brake booster
with newer dual master cylinder and a 4-core Harrison radiator. The
underside of the hood is complete with hood insulation. The
firewall and inner fenders are finished in a satin black. The blue
interior is in great shape. The front bucket seats have been
reupholstered and new foam was added. In between the front bucket
seats there is a center console with its original Hurst shifter and
an 8-track player mounted to it, all of which are in good shape.
The door panels, sun visors and rear view mirror are all in good
shape as well. The interior lights including the glove box light
all work. Looking forward to the dash, it is in great shape. The
lenses are clear and there are cracks in the dash pad. The heater
controls slide with ease. The original tilt steering column and
steering wheel are in great shape. The rear bench seat has been
reupholstered to match the front bucket seats. The carpet, door
seals and weather stripping have been replaced. This GTO also
sports front and rear GM seatbelts. Looking at the undercarriage,
it looks to be all original sheet metal. As I look up at the motor,
it is clean as well as the Turbo 400 automatic transmission. It has
a newer dual exhaust system that runs all the way to the back of
the car. The E-brake assembly is complete and working. The trunk is
clean original metal and nicely detailed with a light coat of
spatter paint. The trunk area features a trunk mat, spare tire and
jacking assembly. This GTO convertible has a lot to offer from
gorgeous color to the host of options!! *Please contact us for the
