illustrious history of Alfa Romeo. The 1900 Series, introduced in
1950, was the first Alfa Romeo to be offered with left-hand
(American-side) steering. Built with the new 1900 cc, 4-cylinder
engine and a 5-speed manual transmission, the car was an important
step forward for the quality and performance automaker, and had an
independent suspension all around and was very well received. This
particular car is a very correct example fully eligible for the
current Mille Miglia and, in fact, participated in the 1987 event.
