This 55 blends vintage aesthetics with contemporary upgrades, creating a vehicle that appeals to both enthusiasts of classic design and those seeking modern functionality.
Complete Nut and Bolt restoration 5 years ago for a client who recently traded in for another of our build we took this one apart once again and gave it a whole different look.
She started a few years back as a 1950 Chevy 3100 but was upgraded to a 1955 Cab, which is more of our liking….sorry if we offended any purist, but it is what it is!!
She is powered by a second generation Small Block 350 with hydraulic roller cams which gives her enough grunt to push power through a freshly built and tuned TH350 putting power to the ground accompanied by B&M Shifter!!!
This 350 Small Block has an Edelbrock Aluminium intake combined with a Holley 700 CFM well tuned Carburetor which starts at the first crank and feeds her enough Dinosaur juice to get her up to highway speeds!!
She is also equipped with an MSD 6AL power plant with its matching MSD Distributor which ensures proper ignition sequence every time paired up with brand new alternator.
She also has a complete stainless steel exhaust system with Hedeman Headers and dual Flowmaster stainless steel muffler paired with electric cutouts ensuring a proper V8 symphony depending the occasion!!
Brakes have been upgraded to power assisted brakes, combined with front disk brakes and rear drum brakes all with new stainless steel brake lines ensuring quick safe stopping power when needed.
All new point to point electrical painless harness ensures no headaches and misfortunes caused by old wiring.
Also equipped with a modern Bluetooth technology radio with rearview camera and navigation system which brings this 55 to modern comforts.
Power windows also come standard on this 55.
New Ice Cold air conditioning system installed that runs through a vintage custom air duct system ensuring cool temperature on summer days!!
New front, rear and hazard lights have been installed on her as well.
The interior of this 55 just stands out!!!
Made by hand at our shop with 100% leather leather materials, gives a truly unique and high quality finish to accompany the aggressive, yet elegant look this built was focused on.
Also a custom center console with B&M shifter gives her the right attitude look for this 55!!
The dashboard, gauges and knobs are all new, with a premium Classic Industry Instrument Cluster that keeps vintage look!!
Both new carpets and roof lining have been installed.
The bed is just beautiful to admire. Freshly done combined with new wood flooring and stainless steel strips give her an amazing look that combines well with its red and black exterior.
All and all we are excited to have this 55 finally on the road and looking to bring hundreds of highway Smiles to a proud new owner!!!!
