Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is pleased to present for sale,
on consignment, this stunning 1965 Factory Five Cobra! We have seen
our fair share of replica Cobras come through our showroom and each
one is unique thanks to the plethora of options available for the
build. Factory Five is known as a leader in the Kit Car world by
providing a blank canvas for the builder to personalize their
creation. This particular one focused on build quality and a top
notch finish. A 351 cubic inch Ford Racing V8 is mated to a Tremec
5 speed manual trans and sends power to the ground via a set of
3:73 gears. The 351 features 4 to 1 headers with side pipes, Holley
Carburetor, March Performance Pulleys, MSD Ignition and
Distributor. The car sits on a full set of coilover suspension with
4 wheel disc brakes and steel braided brake lines. Height power
steering makes manuevering much less of a chore. The black exterior
with deep maroon racing stripes was a spare no expense type of
paint job and it shows, both in photos and in person. The tan
leather seats are accompanies by German wool square weave carpet
and tan vinyl for the dash and center console. Receipts, build
manual, magazine articles, certificates and photos of the build
will come with the car. Contact our sales staff to become the next
proud owner of this beautiful Factory Five Cobra!
