Description:
This 1995 Nissan Skyline GTS25-T Type M is a Japanese-market
example that is powered by a turbocharged 2.5-liter RB25DET
inline-six that has been paired with a replacement five-speed
manual transmission. Finished in Spark Silver Metallic over gray
cloth upholstery, the car is further equipped with 16? alloy
wheels, Super-HICAS four-wheel steering, a carbon fiber rear wing,
automatic climate control, and a Sony head unit along with an
aftermarket front strut tower brace, an open-air intake filter, and
a custom-fabricated exhaust system with an electronic cutout and a
Vibrant muffler.
Interior:
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 180-km/h speedometer, a
tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges for coolant
temperature, fuel level, oil pressure, and boost pressure. The
right-hand-drive interior features seating surfaces upholstered in
gray cloth with patterned bolsters, while color-matching material
extends to the door panel inserts.
Exterior:
The car is finished in Spark Silver Metallic (KL0). An aftermarket
rear wing with a carbon-fiber center insert has been installed, and
the rear wiper has been removed. Additional details include
power-adjustable side mirrors, window tint film, and a
Vibrant-branded exhaust outlet. Silver-finished 16? alloy wheels
are mounted with a mixture of Ohtsu and Sentury tires measuring
205/55. The car is equipped with Super-HICAS four-wheel steering,
and braking is handled by Nissan-branded calipers over discs at all
four corners.
Drivetrain:
The turbocharged 2.5-liter RB25DET inline-six was factory rated at
247 horsepower and 217 lb-ft of torque. A strut tower brace spans
the engine compartment, and an aftermarket air intake filter has
been installed. The original RE4R01A four-speed automatic
transmission was removed and replaced with a five-speed manual
transmission in Japan.
