This 1983 Chevrolet K10 Scottsdale came to us with just 18,998
miles on the odometer and an actual miles title to back that up!
This truck has a nice solid body coated with a driver-quality
respray in Brown and Cream. Bright-work sets off the two-tone paint
with wheel lip molding, drip rail molding, and body side molding
that serves to separate the colors as well as accentuate them. The
bright front bumper is topped with 4 KC HiLiTES that add a great
look but need to be wired. Bright headlight bezels flank the
rectangular egg crate grille up front. The truck sits high and
proud on 8-hole alloy factory wheels wrapped in Cooper Evolution
tires. The front wheels have locking hubs while the rear feature
4X4 center caps. Both sides of the truck sport stainless side
mirrors, wrap-around tail lights, 4X4 stickers on the side of the
bed, and dual gas tanks. The full-size bed features a diamond plate
surround on top and a 10.2 cu/ft Craftsman smooth-opening truck box
(also diamond plate) that looks great. Adding to this cool look is
a LoMax hard tonneau cover with the Bowtie logo on top. Under the
hood, you'll find a clean and stock engine bay with what we believe
is the original 305 V-8. A quick glance around reveals headers,
power brakes, power steering, and cold A/C. The V-8 is mated to a
automatic transmission 4-Speed with Overdrive, working 4-wheel
drive and 10-bolt front and rear axles. Open the driver's door to
reveal a brown and tan interior with a very nice, newer, two-tone
bench seat with a stitched bowtie logo on the seat-back. The
driver's side door panel features controls for power locks and
mirrors but does show some wear on the armrest. The floor is
covered with a nice quality rubber matting and the cab roof is just
plain painted steel. The crack-free dash is home to a silver gauge
bezel with gauges for volts, oil pressure, water temp, fuel, and an
85mph speedometer. Also on the dash is a gas tank selector switch,
controls for the intermittent wipers, and a Pioneer AM/FM/CD
stereo. There is a column shifter for the automatic transmission
and a floor shifter for 4-wheel drive controls. Behind the bench
seat is a storage caddy and there are speakers mounted in the rear
cab corners. If you're looking for a full-size pickup truck with
low miles, a solid body, and some nice amenities then this truck is
the end of your search! This K10 is turn-key ready to hit the road
today and up for any adventure you want to throw at it!Engine 305ci
