1970 Chevrolet Nova SS clone 396 4 speed. It has a recently rebuilt
engine with aluminum heads and intake manifold , an Edelbrock
performance 4bbl carburetor , headers , and a high performance
camshaft . I do not know the specifics on the engine as the person
I bought it from passed away and I could not find the receipts on
the engine work . The car has been rewired from front to back with
a kit from American Auto Wire . The instrument panel is new as is
the console and all the gauges in it . It has an upgraded front
sway bar as well as a rear performance sway bar installed , also
has front disc brakes with a rear disc conversion kit . The paint
is overall in good condition with some minor cracking and small
bubbling by the rear wheels , but overall a very presentable car .
The interior is in good condition, could use some upgrading , has
some wear on the seats and the door panels have some minor defects
, but again , not at all completely worn out . The tires are all
almost new as well as new trim rings and center caps on the wheels
. It also has an aluminum radiator installed . There are also new
front and rear springs in the car . The rear is a 10 bolt. I
believe it is a posi but I do not know the gear ratio . The radio
is missing . All the gauges including the tach work . I would not
classify this as a show car , but a very nice driver quality car
you can drive and enjoy as is , or take it to the next level.
