The 2008 Cadillac XLRs are on most car collectors radar these days, it is interesting to note that this model was a big step forward for Cadillac in 2008 as they wanted a sports car that was like a Corvette two-seater but with much more plush comfort and yet having the power and acceleration of a Corvette. Cadillac even went to the expense of designing this model to have an actual hardtop convertible. The hardtop convertible was very advanced for 2008.
Most collectors will agree that the 2008 Cadillac XLR is much better looking than its competitors in 2008, including Corvette, Mercedes and many other foreign two-seater sports cars. Today the XLR’s are a true bargain but the trick is to get a “good one”.
