First model year 1990 Mazda MX-5 Miata, fully loaded, garaged and driven in NC most of its life. This unmodified beauty was early off the line in July 1989, and comes with treasured windowsticker, paperwork, title, Owner's Manual, maintenance records, and yearly inspections. The rare Mariner Blue paint still looks fantastic, with no rust. Mechanically, it sounds, shifts, and handles great. Standard OEM DOHC 16 valve 1.6L Inline 4 Cylinder Engine, 5 Speed Manual Transmission, rear wheel drive, driver side air-bag, and trunk compartment with small spare tire. The standard black cloth interior and original Miata logo floor mats are still in great shape. It comes with all available options including the top trim "B Package" with leather wrapped steering wheel, headrest speakers, 14" aluminum alloy wheels, power steering, power windows, cruise control, air conditioning, and a limited slip differential which hugs the road and provides an enhanced driving experience. The easy to fold down manual black convertible cloth top has been replaced. It is tight, has a clear window, and looks great - with only small stress marks visible on the sides where the frame meets the cloth.
Alterations include a passenger-side fold-up cup holder, an Alpine anti-theft AM/FM radio (single CD player not functional), a protective internal trunk wall shield, a like-new Tonneau cover for a smooth look and protection of the folded soft top, and a custom-fit full car cover for protection while parked and garaged. Note: the pop-up headlights need wiring replaced to fold down, but all lights work fine. Fully restored with new OEM parts in 2003 after some minor damage, so you will get a Rebuilt title. Nothing but fun driving it since then.
