BEAUTIFUL, SURVIVOR BODY, V8, AUTOMATIC, FIRES RIGHT UP! This is a bodacious beauty, straight solid body with plenty of curves. Restored a few years back, she is in great driver condition. Cosmetic
- Paint/Body: This girl is a sweet survivor. She has a very straight body with minimal dings or rust. The paint is in good driver condition. There are a few spots of bubbling on the bottom of the doors and a bit around the rear window and rear fender. Overall the paint shines with minimal scratches and chipping. All four doors open and close well with no sagging. After taking the video, we did spot one more spot of rust on the driver side floor-pan. There is a picture showing the small hole, but that is the most significant rust to be found.
- Interior: The interior was redone a few years ago in the earlier restoration. The front bench seat with fold out arm rest is in great condition, no rips or tears. There is a small staining on the passenger side near the feet, otherwise it is clean. The back seat is also in great shape, no rips or tears either. The carpet has some minimal staining but is still in fantastic condition. The headliner has some minimal staining but no rips. Dash is uncut with all the original gauges and radio. Glove box opens and locks easily and is still in functional condition as well.
- Glass/Windows: The glass is in good condition. There is some bubbling and cracks on the vent windows but no cracks on any of the large glass. Windows all roll up and down, some take a little more effort but do work!
- Trunk/Bed: The trunk is clean. Some minimal surface rust is present under the mat but no significant rust. She still has the spare tire and a jack in the trunk as well.
- Undercarriage: The undercarriage is in good shape. Minimal rust, no rust on the frame. Some of the original undercoating is pealing and there is some dirt underneath but very little rust. The fenders and rockers are clean. There is a small whole in the floor pan on the driver side. Nothing else significant to note. Very clean undercarriage overall!
- Wheels/Tires: Sweet original style, if not original, wheels with hubcaps. The tires are old and weather-cracked, we recommend grabbing some sweet whitewalls to replace them!
Mechanical
- Drivetrain: This girls got a 331 V8. She is still on the old 6 volt system and everything runs like its suppose to. Great throttle response and sounds awesome! The automatic transmission with the safety clutch shifts smoothly through all gears. She fires right up the touch of a key!
- Lights/Electrical: All the lights are functional. Now that being said the headlights were being a little finnicky, they work but either they aren't receiving enough power or there may be short. All the gauges are present and hooked up. Each of them appear to be in working condition. The radio and horn do not work.
- Brakes: The brakes do work but are not pumping up correctly or have flat spot. They stop but needs a break job for sure. The emergency brake is functional and works great!
