Vehicle Description
This 1997 Chevrolet K1500 4x4 made its mark at SEMA, displayed in
the TIS Forged Wheels booth. The bright white paint amplifies its
monumental presence, elevated by a 25-inch lift kit. The massive
30x16 TIS Forged F93 wheels with billet floater caps are wrapped in
44x16.50R30LT Venom Power MT tires. The exterior showcases a custom
cowl hood, billet grille with cleared lights, smooth front bumper,
and a sleek roll pan. UV rock lights illuminate the wheel wells
while DS18 wake tower speakers add audio muscle to the rear.
The gray cloth interior keeps things practical with bench seating
and a column shifter setup. A Kenwood radio with USB and Bluetooth
connectivity provides the soundtrack. Power steering maintains
control while the classic GM layout emphasizes function with
straightforward ergonomics and purposeful design elements.
The original 350 Vortec V8 received recent updates including a 525
cam and lifter package. A 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission with
mild stall converter channels power through 5.13 gears and one-ton
axles. The suspension system features "Big Shocks" coilovers with S
series reservoirs, along with a solid axle 4-link setup and panhard
rods front and rear. Summit Racing stainless shorty headers feed
into dual exhaust for an authoritative sound.
