The Dodge Coronet was a popular, mid-size offering from Chrysler built to compete with cars such as Ford's Fairlane and Chevrolet's Chevelle in the 1960's. The Coronet was offered in a number of different trim levels, with the highest level being the Road and Track (R/T) package. The R/T package was a new offering on the Coronet starting in 1967 and with it, the Coronet received a stiffer suspension package and the very potent 375 HP 440 cubic inch V8 as the standard powerplant. This 1967 Dodge Coronet R/T is an excellent example of these very desirable MOPAR muscle cars. This Coronet R/T benefits from an extensive, older restoration that still presents very well today. The exterior of the Coronet benefits from a repaint in its correct White exterior paint. The White exterior of this Coronet shines very well and is in excellent condition. Powering this beautiful Coronet R/T is its date-coded 375HP 440 cubic inch V8 backed by its 727 TorqueFlite 3-speed automatic transmission. Both the engine and transmission perform just as they should and have no problem pulling this Coronet down the road with ease.
