Macho T/A Car #58 | Numbers Matching's 400ci V8 | 4-Speed Manual |
Air Conditioning | Power Windows | ASC Sunroof | Power Steering |
Power Disc Brakes
Created by two brothers Dennis and Kyle Mecham who were frustrated
with the performance Pontiac had to offer in the late 1970s. The
brothers pursued a passion and took advantage of their resources!
Pouring on a bit of their home grown hot rodding or ""Engineering""
knowledge on the Mecham family's lot full of under powered Trans
Am's! The limited-series Macho Trans Am had a successful run and is
as collectible today as it is rare!
This car you are looking at is #58 of 98 produced for 1979 and is
finished in Solar Gold with Nocturne blue accents over a deluxe
Camel Tan cloth interior!
Ownership history goes back until the early 90's. The car spent
time in AZ, PA, and TN before being brought to MI in 2019 when it
was acquired by Mike LaFontaine as an addition to the
collection!
Inside and out the car is beautiful. Body appears all original and
free of any rust. The 400c.i./4-speed drivetrain is numbers
matching and healthy. The interior has been fitted with new seat
covers but still retains many original components! The ASC sunroof
is the cherry on top and functions great! Overall this is a very
rare and well equipped car in a high quality driver condition!
Prior to being offered for sale an inspection and service was
performed. For more information on this DKM Macho Call the Team at
