It is optioned with the limited slip differential, heated front seats, automatic transmission and leather upholstery. The first owner drove the car 50k miles from 1991 to 2012, the second owner drove the car 3k miles and the seller has driven the car 1k miles. The seller has the window sticker and second owner’s copy of state title. It is completely stock with no modifications. It has the inline-six mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. Exterior
The exterior is painted in Alpinweiss with power sunroof, fog lights, chrome trim and black rocker panels. The seller replaced all 4 headlamps including fog lamps (due to lens cracks/chips), the front bumper strips and chrome kidney grill. The hood paint was professionally stripped and resprayed due to the clear coat failing. This 525i has never been in an accident, the engine bay is spotless. It has 15″ alloy “style 2” wheels wrapped in new General Altimax RT45 225/60 15” 96H tires. The seller recently replaced front & rear brake pads, rotors and sensors, and brake fluid.
Interior
The interior is upholstered in silver-gray light leather with matching carpets, a dark gray upper and light gray lower dashboard. It has power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, power windows, driver’s side airbag, and a BMW AM/FM/cassette stereo with a ten-speaker audio system. The seller installed a new BMW radio & amp, BMW trunk mounted 6 CD changer, BMW glove box flashlight, BMW safety triangle and BMW blue polishing cloth. Mechanicals
This 525i has the M50B25 inline-six-cylinder engine with Bosch Motronic digital fuel injection (non-VANOS). It is factory rated 189 horsepower with 181 lb.-ft. This car is current on all maintenance.
