SPEED, 12 BOLT REAR This 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS is great
looking! It presents itself very well. Looking down both sides, the
body is straight. It wears its factory color Tuxedo Black, code
A.The door jambs are very clean and glossy. The chrome and trim are
bright and shiny including the door handles, emblems, taillights,
front and rear bumpers. The windshield and windows are crystal
clear, the weather stripping and window seals have all been
replaced. It sits on a set of 15X7 Cragar SS mags 215/65/15 in
front and 255/70/15 in the rear which really gives the car a great
stance! The red interior really pops up against the mirror like
Tuxedo Black exterior. The seat upholstery, door panels, armrests,
carpet and headliner all look real good. All the interior lights
work. Looking forward to the dash: it has the factory gauges and
the lenses are crystal clear. The heater controls slide with ease
and has new bright work on the dash. The factory steering wheel is
nice. It has its original AM radio. Nothing appears cut-up or
altered. The engine compartment is clean and orderly with its
completely rebuilt period correct 396 ci engine bearing casting
number 3959854. It has a few performance upgrades: aluminum intake
manifold with a Holley dual feed 4-barrel carburetor with correct
factory dual feed fuel line, factory style chrome air cleaner,
Chevrolet chrome valve covers and a 4-core aluminum radiator with
factory shroud. It also features a dual master cylinder with
cadmium plated brake booster, factory power steering with remote
reservoir, factory exhaust manifolds and correct spring type
battery cables. Everything is nice and tidy. The engine bay is
finished in a satin black. The undercarriage is all clean and solid
metal (floors, frame, etc.). The bottom of the motor is clean. The
M20 Muncie 4-speed transmission is clean. The front end components
have been replaced with tubular arms and QA1 gas shocks. It has a
newer dual exhaust system that runs out the back of the car. It has
a 12-bolt 3:73 posi rear end. It features adjustable rear control
arms, upgraded drilled and slotted rotors on all four corners, new
gas tank, new fuel and brake lines The E-brake assembly is all
hooked up and working. The floors are painted and just as glossy as
the top side. The trunk is nicely detailed with a coat of splatter
paint, spare tire and jack, and new weather stripping. The bottom
of the trunk lid and the jambs are glossy. This is a sharp looking
Chevelle SS with great looks. This Chevelle performs really well
