A little ownership history on our first year Pantera (1971) we
would like to share with you with the permission of the prior
owners. They purchased the car from Jack Webb.Jack purchased the
Pantera New from Lynch Lincoln Mercury in Santa Monica, California.
It was yellow with black interior. At that time Dennis was the
Pantera mechanic there. He serviced the car from Jack there, and
continued when he left to start his own shop. (Crescenta Valley
Ford Specialist). We did not speak about the repainting but Dennis
said that Jack had the interior done in red by Robbins Auto Top.
When decided to sell the car it was Dennis who facilitaded the
sale. Mike lived nearby and was also a friend of Dennis. Mike
becaome the second owner. After Mike passed they decided to have
the car restored to its original paint and interior colors. This
was done due to extensive paint checking and this work is what you
see in the car now. Many components have been replaced including A
arms front and back, cooling lines and transmission serviced. She
is ready for the road!!!... Read the full description on our
