Absolutely gorgeous Corvette Stingray convertible - was a frame off restoration completed in 1999 with detail to every aspect of building this car back to factory specs. A numbers matching car with the only exception being that during the restoration, the owners painted it Sunfire Yellow. I also have the original steering column and teakwood steering wheel. Interior including carpet and seats were replaced in 2012. Convertible black top 2017 and is still fresh, easily operational and the window is still clear. The vehicle has only been driven less than 1000 miles per year since the restoration.
Vehicle features;
This vehicle is being offered for sale by a private party so there would be no sales tax (at least in AZ) and has been a wonderful joy to drive. It has won a number of awards in various local car shows and is constantly being photographed by casual admirers of cars with flowing body lines and unique looks compared to the cars of today. It has been meticulously kept and cared for and will turn heads everywhere it goes. The reason behind the multiple sets of wheel/ tire combo's is simple that I liked both looks and couldn't decide which one was the better fit, so I have them both and will go along with the car. The L79 engine is one of the most bulletproof power providers that GM every produced, is reliable and fast. The Muncie 4 speed delivers that power to the 3:70 rear end which is a perfect combination for quick speed and still be able to cruise the highway. The car has a mild cam that makes it sound like the cars we used to listen to, needs nothing done to it except a usual amount of TLC. Only getting rid of it to get a new ride and something a bit easier to get in an out of !! (being honest!)
I have files of receipts an photos - let me know if you have a question that I might not have addressed.
