Melanson Motors is proud to offer this 1966 Ford Ranchero. A high
quality restored example, this car was built to drive and enjoy.
With a modified 302, 4 speed manual transmission, and comfortable
power bucket seats, this Ranchero is lots of fun and performs very
well! The panel fit is excellent with good and consistent gaps. The
Bright Red paint is a base/clear and is excellent. The chrome and
brightwork around the car is in good condition. A fiberglass
teardrop bubble hood is currently installed. The original steel
hood, painted and in good condition is included in the sale.
The 302 cubic inch engine is modified with headers, electronic
ignition, Edelbrock E-Street aluminum heads, chrome Moroso valve
covers, aluminum intake manifold, and an Edelbrock 4 barrel
carburetor. The transmission is a 4 speed toploader. This Ford has
been updated with power front disc brakes. The undercarriage is
nicely detailed and painted black.
The interior is stunning! It features custom leather power bucket
seats. The custom center console has autometer auxiliary gauges and
an embroidered Ranchero logo. The carpet and door panels are in
good condition. An AM/FM radio sits in the dash with speakers
installed in the kick panels and behind the seats. Also installed
is a three spoke wood trimmed steering wheel and a Sunpro
tachometer.
The car rides on 15 inch Cragar S/S wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich
Radial T/A tires.
With a modified engine and 4 speed transmission, this is an
excellent opportunity to own a great driving, high quality 1966
