This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro 700HP LT4 Detroit Speed Pro-Touring
Restomod is a true powerhouse, blending modern performance
technology with the iconic muscle car appeal.
Under the hood, it's equipped with a supercharged LT4 6.2L V8
engine, delivering an exhilarating combination of power and torque,
with a Pro-Flo 4 XT self-learning, sequential multi-port fuel
injection system that can push the car to 825 horsepower. The
engine is paired with a 30-amp EFI fuel pump relay, a
high-performance ignition coil, and a precision fuel pressure
regulator for unmatched fuel delivery and ignition performance.
Power is transferred seamlessly through a 4L80E automatic overdrive
transmission, providing smooth shifting, enhanced durability, and
efficient high-speed performance. The dual electric oval exhaust
cutouts create an aggressive tone, while cooling is managed by a
high-flow thermostat and its Griffin Performance Radiator.
The underbody is equally impressive, featuring Detroit Speed's full
front hydroformed subframe and a full Detroit Speed chassis,
delivering unmatched rigidity and performance. The front suspension
boasts TIG-welded tubular control arms, Detroit Tuned coilovers,
and a power rack-and-pinion steering system for precise handling
and steering response. It also includes forged aluminum spindles, a
composite bushing sway bar, a Currie 9" rear end pairs perfectly
with the Detroit Speed Quadrant Link Suspension, featuring No-Bind
Swivel-Link technology for easy adjustments and exceptional
handling. This setup includes long upper control arms for improved
anti-squat geometry, a long Panhard rod for enhanced cornering, and
offset lower links for greater tire clearance. DSE/JRI
aluminum-body coilovers ensure superior ride quality and
adjustability, while a full Flowmaster exhaust system delivers a
commanding soundtrack.
The interior is as luxurious as it is functional, with a
custom-built, hand-stitched design, and modern amenities like power
locks and power windows. It's also equipped with a $25,000 high-end
Focal sound system, discreetly incorporating hidden components like
tweeters, mid-range speakers, and subwoofers, ensuring top-tier
