1974 Volkswagen 15 Window Type II Kombi referred to as a bus in the U.S. and is a Brazilian built model. This particular bus features a Safari windshield that opens to allow air into the cabin. Brazil continued to build the first generation T-1 Combi/Bus until 1975. It's powered by an air cooled 1.6L OHV Flat-Four rated at approximately 50 hsp. Engine runs excellent and starts easily, no smoke, leaks or issues. This engine is combined with a 4 spd manual transmission with a nice solid clutch.
Brand new wheels and tires recently installed less than 100 miles ago, along with new brakes and other miscellaneous repairs (receipts included).
The bus is straight and the body and paint are in great condition with some noticable blemishes here and there but overall a great driver that a new owner would be very proud of! Roof rack installed with ladder as an additional feature.
The interior has been re-done and is in excellent condition, along with a brand new refrigerator. This bus is titled and registered in CA which is very rare giving it a great value to someone who purchases this vehicle in CA. U.S. Customs documentation is included in the vehicle history and documentation.
