For Sale: 1978 Lincoln Town Car in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

UNBELIEVABLE! 197 ORIGINAL MILES!!!!! - 1978 Lincoln Town Car, 460 V8 Automatic Trans and LOADED as they come. BEAUTIFUL White on White with Burgundy Leather. ***LOWEST MILE 79 TOWN CAR IN EXISTENCE??*** So the the story is.... The original owner BOUGHT 2 BRAND NEW TOWN CARS and he drove this one to his wedding and parked it afterwards starting it and moving it regularly throughout the years.... and the other he drove into the ground! So we purchased 2 low mileage Lincolns (this and a 97 mile "Collector Series" Mark V) from a collection and all indications are that this car was a well stored & was started regularly so as to prevent all the fuel issues that occur when they are left untouched. For the "Nay-sayers" out there, please Jump to the pics showing that this car retains its Original 5 Michelin Tires (as per proof on the DOT date code and and explanation there of), not to mention these same 5 wheels retain the original "FORD STAMPED" wheel weights on each rim.... and then there is the condition of the car which should set your mind at ease. The Town Car is in mint condition for its aged, still smells like new inside & is showing minor signs of age... still retains its ORIGINAL DEALER ISSUED KEY CHAIN as verified on the Marti Report. It was undercoated by the selling dealer and is loaded with power options including a working (rare option) Power Sunroof, working AM/FM 8 Track, Power Locks, Windows, Trunk and more (some options may be inop due to age). This car has had a painted meter put on every panel and verified the paint is all original. There were many options available and it does not look like this one is missing any so again a bit rare with being this loaded. Car comes with a Marti Report and copy of the Window Sticker has been ordered, all matching Michelin tires including spare tire still in trunk (appearing as original to the car as sold new), original motorcraft belts as when sold new & we installed a new motorcraft battery and fresh oil change has been done. Other than the oil change & battery we have done this car appears to be untouched and in original condition. A like vehicle with more miles and less options sold at auction a few weeks ago for $66k plus buy fee. We are not saying this to help you determine how we price as we price classics every day.
